Payment Policy for Explore Luis

This Payment Policy outlines the payment methods accepted, payment processing procedures, and the terms and conditions regarding payments. 3. Order Authorization

We may contact you if there is any issue with your payment or if additional verification is required. For security reasons, we may decline any order if the payment method cannot be processed successfully or if there are concerns related to the billing details.
4. Billing and Shipping Information

- Billing Address: Please ensure that your billing address is accurate. If the billing address does not match the address registered with your bank or card issuer, your payment may be declined, and your order will not be processed.

If there are any discrepancies between your billing and shipping address, we may contact you for clarification. Explore Luis will not be held liable for delayed deliveries or issues that result from incorrect billing or shipping information.
5. Payment Processing Time
When you make a payment, it is processed immediately, and your order will be processed after payment confirmation. In most cases, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of completing your transaction. If there are any issues with processing your payment, we will notify you as soon as possible.
For PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, payment processing is instantaneous. However, if there are any technical delays, your order may not be processed immediately, and we will contact you for assistance.
6. Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to your order depending on your location. Explore Luis is required by law to collect sales tax in states where we have a physical presence or are obligated to do so under local regulations. The applicable tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.
If you are eligible for a sales tax exemption, please provide the necessary documentation during the checkout process.
7. Discount Codes & Promotions
If you have a valid discount code or are taking advantage of a special promotion, you can apply the code during checkout. The discount will be deducted from the total amount of your order before finalizing the payment.
- Promotional Discounts: Some promotions may have an expiration date, and the code must be applied before the promotion expires. We recommend checking the terms and conditions of any offer you use.
- One Discount per Order: Only one discount code can be applied per order, unless otherwise stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions.
Please note that discounts, promotions, or coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases and can only be used once.
8. Payment Declines
In the event that your payment is declined, you will be notified immediately during checkout. Please review your payment details, ensure that the information entered is correct, and try again.
- Declined Payments: Payments may be declined due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or incorrect billing information. If you continue to experience issues with your payment, please contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance.
If the payment issue persists, we will cancel the order, and you will need to complete the transaction again.
9. Currency
All transactions on Explore Luis are processed in USD (United States Dollar). If you are ordering from outside the United States, your bank or credit card issuer will convert the total amount to your local currency. Please note that any foreign transaction fees imposed by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.
10. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase, including the order number, items ordered, and shipping information. 11. Fraud Prevention
We take fraud prevention very seriously. To protect both our customers and our business, we reserve the right to verify the authenticity of an order before processing it. This may involve verifying the identity of the cardholder, reviewing billing and shipping information, or contacting the customer directly for additional verification.
If fraudulent activity is detected, we will cancel the order and report the incident to the relevant authorities.
